Shipping policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped through logistics partners recognized in the market to all regions of Brazil, within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation is received from the institution responsible for processing the charge.

To check the shipping cost and delivery time, choose the items you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” Then, enter your ZIP code, and the cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Please note:

The delivery period starts after payment approval. Once your payment is approved, you will be notified by e-mail.

All orders are subject to review and approval of registration data, which may require a little more time for payment confirmation.

Payment Policy

The delivery time indicated in the order starts from the date the payment is identified, which varies according to the payment method:

Credit Card: between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
Pix: within up to one hour
Bank Slip: after clearance, which may occur within up to 2 business days

Therefore, if you need to receive your order urgently, we suggest making the payment by Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In some ZIP code areas of certain cities, deliveries may occur on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent, if there is a need to confirm the address and/or recipient’s name, or if the package is held for analysis and validation by the competent authorities, the delivery period will be paused.
