Exchange and Return Policy — Natureza Raiz Cosméticos

We’re here to help! If you need to request an exchange or return, please check the guidelines below:

Return Policy

If you received a product and were not satisfied, if it did not meet your expectations, or if you regretted your purchase, you may request a return for a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and accompanied by all items and accessories received.

To request a return, send an e-mail to atendimento.naturezaraiz@gmail.com, informing your order number and attaching images that show the condition of the product.

Exchange Policy

If you received a product different from the one purchased or missing any accessory, please contact us by e-mail at atendimento.naturezaraiz@gmail.com within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving it.

Send photos of the product received and provide your order number for review. Once the error is confirmed, we will begin the exchange process at no additional cost.

Product Defect

If the product presents a manufacturing defect, you will have up to 90 (ninety) calendar days after receiving it to request an exchange or return.

To do so, send photos of the product, a description of the defect, and your order number to atendimento.naturezaraiz@gmail.com. After review, we will begin the exchange or return process, provided that the issue was not caused by improper use.

Exchange and Return Conditions

To request an exchange or return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Not show signs of use, stains, dirt, or damage.
Have its original packaging and labels intact.
Comply with the deadlines: 7 days for returns or exchanges due to error/regret, and 90 days for defects.

Refund Methods

Discount Coupon

Available for cases of return due to dissatisfaction.
The coupon is valid for 90 (ninety) days, is exclusive to the account holder, and cannot be converted into cash.

Credit Card Refund

After the return is reviewed and approved, we will request the refund from the card issuer within up to 7 (seven) business days. The processing time depends on the card issuer’s policy and may take up to two months.

Pix or Bank Transfer Refund

After the return is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued within up to 30 (thirty) business days to the payment intermediary account.

Bank Slip Refund

After the return is reviewed and approved, the amount will be refunded within up to 30 (thirty) business days to the payment intermediary account.
